Is Eventopia really free?

Yes! The platform is 100% free to use. You only pay €0.50 per ticket from your 101st ticket, and a commission on bar revenue. Events with 100 tickets or fewer are completely free.

What if my event has fewer than 100 tickets?

Then you pay absolutely nothing for ticketing. Zero euros. You still have access to all features — analytics, scanning, team management, everything.

How does the bar commission work?

We charge a percentage on your bar revenue: 5% standard, 4% from €25,000, and 3% from €50,000 revenue. The more you sell, the better the rate.

Are there hidden costs?
